The easiest methods of locating it would be to follow all the local powerlines, which would also be in a public archive. If you dig up the ground cable and follow it you will find the bunker.
If its been less than 5 years since construction, the marks of where construction took place will still be obvious, that is things like trees not having grown back, the grass being uneven, etc.

Not building a bunker but I do plan on building a comfy as fuck home into the side of a hill. I want earth walls on 3 sides + roof for temperature regulation with a dual chamber glass front for light/heat regulation. The place has a dam above the house level for hydro/water and has a viable bore. That plus solar and I can go entirely off the grid.
Its good owning land that isn't some shitty city block.
