Blacks will commit tons of crime regardless of how much policing of their neighborhoods takes place, and whites and asians will commit comparatively few crimes, regardless of how much policing of their neighborhoods takes place. Eugenics or ethnic cleansing are the only solution to the black crime problem.
Poverty dosen't cause black crime, at least not in the way you think. Blackness, and the associated low intelligence and violent tendencies, cause crime and poverty.
