That nasty jew creep Mark Levin got busted by Politico, Daily Beast and Daily Caller for talking payola in exchange for shilling for Cruz
The Senate Conservatives Fund bought $427,000 worth of Levin's 4 year old book. They paid full cover price. They claimed it was to pass the books out for free to help spread the message, but the exact amount they bought pushed the book sales over the edge and activated a $1,000,000 bonus included in the original contract.
According to FCC law, "When a broadcast licensee has received or been promised payment for the airing of program material, then, at the time of the airing, the station must disclose that fact and identify who paid for or promised to pay for the material"
Levin never disclosed the book purchases.

Since the money was laundered through book sales they will have a hard time proving payola took place, but all that really matters is the FCC opening an investigation into Levin.
