Historical facts, that I find important anyway:
1. Scandinavia, especially Denmark, used (see graph) to be focused on markets and trade; having low taxes overall. This era created wealth through the massive industrial and economic success of Scandinavian companies, and ended in the 1960s. (Income tax in 1950s was around 20% making Scandinavian countries relatively good tax havens. By the 70s it had hit 35%)
2. Wealth from the era in 1. is now being consumed through ever expanding public sectors, which does not produce wealth in the form of a strong workforce and an educated people, as much as it subsidizes unemployment and punishes success.
3. Denmark, for example, has had one of the poorest economic growths since the crisis, only beaten by Greece.

Sweden is a common example of what liberals say when they claim socialism is successful. But they actually EMBRACED capitalist policies in the 80s and 90s. Sweden was having a pretty bad depression in the late 70s (as was the rest of the world). Denmark is very similar

I can only speak for Norway (to some extent), but we have had a Communist party in charge since the early years after WW2. It's called "Arbeiderpartiet" (which literally translates into "the Labor Party").
A brief history of AP:
After WW1 and the Russian Revolution they joined the "Komintern" (Communists International). They later split off into two separate groups, namely "Norges Kommunistiske Parti" (meaning "the Norwegian Communist Party") and "Norges Socialdemokratiske Arbeiderparti" (meaning "the Norwegian Social Democratic Labor Party) in the early 1920ies.
Keep in mind that they have had power more or less uninterrupted since then, and only had a few periods of competition from right wing political parties.
In any case, AP's roots are heavily Communistic, which is one of the more important factors going forward.
They have been pushing for multiculturalism and welfare for as long as I can remember. They bring more and more unskilled laborers into Norway, who in turn vote for AP to secure their position even further. The unskilled laborers are given every advantage and right as regular Norwegians have, such as paid maternity leave for a whole year as well as what we call "barnetrygd" (it's a social benefit which means that you get a certain amount of cash for every child you have each month until they turn 18 years old).
This means that the immigrants have no real reason or need to integrate into society, but instead can simply focus on making babies and living off benefits.
Keep in mind that this has been going on for over 75 years now.
Some of the things they did was great for Norway, such as securing rights to our oil fields, which has been a pillar of our economy alongside timber and salmon export (and in later years - tourism), but the general public see little of the cash that's being brought in.

What's worse is that our newspapers are trying to segregate us from our brothers and sisters in Denmark and Sweden, focusing on Norwegian "advancements" and "accomplishments" instead of Scandinavia as a whole.
A couple of years ago we managed to get a majority vote for a coalition government consisting of Hoyre (meaning "Right" as in Right Wing), Fremskrittspartiet (meaning "The advancement party" which is more or less our most radical right wing party), Venstre (meaning "Left" as in Liberals) and Kristelig Folkeparti (meaning "The Christian Folk Party" which are more or less conservative).
It's a massive cuck fest, and they can't agree on anything.
We have ONE politician that dare to do anything about the current migrant issues, and her name is Sylvi Listhaug of FrP (Fremskrittspartiet).
