To which I would say a few things. First, that it is unfair treatment to hold them to one economic standard than everybody else, especially since they pay a disproportionate tax rate while alive.
Second, the investments of the super wealthy cause the most economic instability when they collapse. Instead of investing their money in projects that ultimately improve the economy, they'll simply go on a massive spending spree.
Third, the government has no plans nor capacity to put that money to any better use. If liberals actually cared about the poor, they would stop pretending that the state is some benevolent Robin Hood.
