I don't have any personal issue with blacks based on their skin color or something. I am an employer and I make a conscious effort to ignore any type of race when looking at resumes (I'm against affirmative action as well, I try my hardest to look only at qualifications and I get resumes handed to me with the names and contact information removed.)
That being said, pretty much all these African communities around the world have the same type of problems. I really don't understand it and it plays into a stereotype. I don't enjoy stereotyping, but it keeps happening.
