Currently reading a book on this. In an individualist society like we have in the West some see moral issues as issues that cause another harm and other issues social conventions. This is different in sociocentric cultures where they believe than breaking a moral issue or social convention are both universally wrong and carry the same weight, so my question for you is, for the sake of the thread, what is your definition of morals?

Accepted moral standards in the West are ones that cause an individuals harm. Homosexuality is more of a social convention, no? Just like cooking a dog and eating it in private. I would agree though that gay CULTURE is immoral and corrupts. Many homosexuals are disgusted by 'Gay Pride' though clearly not enough.

So do you not see differences between breaking breaking a moral issue like pushing someone over and harming them or a social convention like eating your dog, or having sex with a chicken carcass before you cook it? Both are disgusting but don't harm anyone so aren't moral issues. What are the suicide rates for just run of the mill gays? I've not seen figures, just suicide rates for the Transgender abominations.
