The point of the NHS is that you don't get credits, you get the care you need relative to what's wrong with you. Get a cold, get some medicine, get cancer, get treatment.
I'm happy to pay slightly more into the national pot so that people with life threatening conditions can get treated without going through the process of trying to convince a private company to release money to pay for it and they try their hardest to find any minor little contractual reason not to pay out.
