In Europe pretty much all the poor Jews where killed, all the rich/intelligent ones got out before shit went down. Pre-WW2 there were lots of poor Jews in the US.
Asians live in squalor in lots of parts of Asia. In the west most Asians live in the cities so the poor ones end up in shit tenements instead of trailer parks.

The Asians in the West, who are mainly of recent post-1980 immigration, are a self-selected elite, and many Western countries have strict immigration laws in the last several decades that basically select for the best (such as requiring at least a post-secondary degree). Whites are more established, and hence their population distribution isn't as skewed compared to their native populations.
