the migrant crisis could not have happened in the 1960s since in the 60s everyone had borders and enforced them. The migrants problem would still be classified as a "boat people" problem and nobody outside the french rivera, italy and greece would know about it much less care. The latter two were US colonies at the time, so kebab removal would have been paid by US taxpayers
