It makes sense to be fair. Russia and China have large military forces but they don't have the capabilities to project that power around the globe. Had China or Russia had to deal with the Falklands situation for example, they would probably have had to resort to nuclear threats. The type 45 is primarily a carrier escort ship, which has been used to cover the Americans carriers in the middle east. It's a premier air defence capable ship. But does have 2 harpoon launchers for anti ship too, what are you blithering about
