To be fair, as a fascist, not only to I believe that govern is a necessary evil, it can be a very power and benevolent force that can enact the will of the leader (or people, but more like the leader in charge of the people).

That said, I don't want democratic politicians in charge.

So then how the fuck do you expect fascism to work?
People will just put democrats in power

Eh. In the long term, if American does not get money out of politics eventually the Chinese will start buying politicians. So we'll become a satellite of them down the road in 50 years.

Everyone was pissed when Obama first started acting like a usual presidential candidate and his actions blatantly contradicted his words.
Now this election comes around, people are talking politics again, and suddenly Obama is #1 prez. And that everything isn't fucked.
What happened? is it like a denial and acceptance thing?

Any institution that gets too big and exists for too long will forget its original purpose and seek only one goal - self-preservation.

It's why feminism has gone from civil rights for women to inventing boogeymen to outrage over.

It's why bankers and financiers asked for a bailout that by their own philosophy they didn't deserve, saying that they're "too big to fail".

Politics are cancer. Both parties in the US, and many elsewhere, are no longer about representing the will of the people and instead about trading favors to and from the establishment to secure careers fighting an ideological war they absolutely cannot let end.

Well here is the truth...

If you tried libertarianism, the markets would go through a natural cycle of boom and bust without interference from the government.

This is a fact. There is no denying that economies go through this cycle.

Given that, when there recession or depression people will vote for people who say they will fix it. Left or right. It doesn't matter.

No one is going to vote for a person who says, "Its natural. I'm not going to do anything."

>Given that, when there recession or depression people will vote for people who say they will fix it.

The left and right are the only ones telling us it needs to be fixed in the first place. It's just another boogeyman. Another windmill to tilt at.

When you vote for them and give them your money, they use that money and power to perpetuate their own internal economy, get in each others good graces, and make sure everyone knows they're necessary and important for another 20 years so they keep the checks coming.

Dictatorships are no different, albeit a lot more unstable. They have to convince the proles with whatever tools they can that there are "others" from whom to protect them, whether within or from outside their borders. They can't actually defeat their enemies, or if they do, they must create new ones that assail their precious sense of national pride and sovereignty just by existing.

Nah. The effects of a depression/recession are pretty self evident. Usually you are unemployed without any money. The government doesn't have to tell you this.

When politicians discovered that they can bribe the public with the public's money.
>>
When did the government become viewed as inherently evil? Liberals said that.
>>
>>70490669
Right, I'm not saying it doesn't happen. Just that it's just how capitalist economies work. It sucks if you're one of the unlucky ones who lose your job and way of life, but that's just how it goes. It's a fact of life for those living in a free market society, and the ones saying they can "solve" it are snake oil salesmen, pushing tinctures on you that seem to work because the disease fades on its own.

That's beside the point, though. Life is ephemeral. All systems are destined to shine bright and then burn out. Anything that tries to escape its fate and perpetuate itself either fails, or becomes unrecognizably twisted; a tumor that destroys and perverts the very things it set out to protect. No form of government is exempt from this, or indeed, no form of organization of any kind.

Regime change is viewed as undesirable, when in fact it's a kind of safety mechanism, like a body vomiting up poison to save itself. Painful, but necessary.

>>70492061

Yeah, but when 10 to 20% of the population is unemployed they are going to vote.
>>
>>70492931
Snake oil salesmen wouldn't exist if people didn't buy it.

With the emergence of a new pseudo government, corporations.
