Anarchy means no hierarchy, not no government. Anarcho-capitalism is not anarchy because in Anarcho-capitalism you still have hierarchy in the form of individuals who control the most capital and whom others are dependent on for livelihood.
There is no Capitalism without a government to define and enforce private property laws, facilitate finance, act as an international mediator/brute squad, and protect the ruling classes from the working class. You cannot be anti-state and Capitalist simultaneously without constructing a highly contradictory world view.
