You might enjoy Traverse City, MI. It's pure white, and the center of medicine in Northern Michigan.
There are lakes and trails and it's a great place to start a family.
Otherwise, if you like cities, the Twin Cities aren't too bad. There is art and culture, a HUGE medical sector, and lots of white people, though you will have to deal with fucking Somalians. With the kind of money you make, though, you could just live in SW Minneapolis in a mansion with the other rich white people.

Actually its could be a few things:
1.) I just remembered its Hayfever season so that could be your problem. This year people have been getting hives spawning on their skin making them want to commit suicide. Its crazy. If you have it in your country buy Zyrtec (or any pill that is Cetirizine) Try that for about 5 days. If you dont see a difference then its pretty serious. you most likely have a number of different problems ranging from bronchitis to maybe a development in asthma of a conjunction of asthma with some other problem. Stress is not the issue. But buy zyrtec and take one pill a day in the morning for a week. You should see results.

The main differences between the countries I saw were cultural differences.
The main similarities I saw were that people had a much more liberal view on issues in general. For example, most people I met would be completely in favor of letting refugees in, accepting gay culture, and other liberal ideals. There is also a huge lack of physical space compared to America. I could not get over how there is virtually no untouched land left in the places I lived. It was hard to find actual nature. The cities also were more tightly packed and seemed less organized because most were formed around the old "city center" style before cars.
I am not trying to bash Europe, but I feel it is "fucked" because of how obvious these mass immigrations are ruining these countries. Almost no one stands up for their country's culture, and if they do, they are demonized by police as being racist, etc. I just feel bad really because I could see how great those countries could be with the right regulations.

I see. There is a lot of opposition to how the refugee/immigrant crisis is handled. But if you mostly met people of the elite (or atleast educated) I am not surprised you didn't hear those opinions. I'm not in favor of closing the borders completely and think it's a good idea to help refugees in certain ways (which doesn't neccessarily mean letting them all get citizenship). But I am critical on how it's done now, and the lack of precautions taken against possible frauds that pretend to be Syrian or ISIS inflitration. This alone will earn me the label 'racist'.
A friend of mine told me he was labelled as a racist when he asked the question how we are going to house all these people in a discussion with someone. It's very hard to find a place to live if you haven't got at least a solid middleclass income. Waitin lists take years in the big cities, even if you were born there and never lived somewhere else. Supposedly adding a few hundred thousand people to the waiting list will cause no problems whatsoever.
So yeah, if that's what you mean by fucked, than western Europe truly might be fucked if nothing is changed. At the very least it should be possible to rationally talk about these issues instead of shouting empty appeals to emotion.
