This is accurate. A poor black American on Medicaid (government insurance) gets better coverage than a middle-class person with private insurance.
By better coverage, I mean less out of pocket, even AFTER fees have been paid. In addition to monthly premiums just to maintain coverage, the middle class have to pay something out of pocket for prescriptions, doctor's visits, hospital stays, etc... Plus, nearly every middle class private plan has huge deductibles, meaning that your insurance coverage won't even kick in until you have paid a certain amount out of pocket every year.
In a lot of ways, it's better to be poor in American than it is to be lower-middle-class. You honestly have more discretionary money if you are poor and on a ton of government programs.

Coverage aside, many practicing doctors here don't want to practice on old frail cunts if there happens to be an accident or if the surgery goes wrong, and they live on to sue for it or if they die and their family sues the doctor for boat-loads of cash. So many would just flat out say no or make her sign a consent agreement acknowledging the risks.

I have a serious condition that keeps me housebound, I got a referral to a specialist and I've been under him for a year and a half, but only seen him once, I've been waiting for a follow up appointment to a hospital biopsy for 8 months. The system is beyond bad, if you have a chronic condition you're pretty much on your own to find a specialist to be referred to, and even then most of them haven't got a clue.
