I guess Estonian. With Latvian and Lithuanian, they still have a bit more in common with Slavic tongues, and therefore have more people who could learn them with more ease. With Estonian it's just Finnish who is our closest language neighbour (Hungarian doesn't really count, that shit is too different). The German influence to our language might help them learn our language easier too, I know a few krauts who speak it very well.
