I live in Stockholm.
There are obviously a ton of factors that play into this. To begin with, we don't know who most of these people are and where they come from. A lot of them have most likely been through a ton of traumatic experiences coupled with extreme ideologies. This is what happens when you let anyone flood into your country without any thorough background checks.
My father works in an asylum center and comes back with the most horrendous stories. There was a kid who managed to escape wherever he was from and ended up in Germany prior to coming to Sweden. In Germany he would earn money by jumping in front of cars and threatening the driver that if he didn't pay up he would be taking legal action. One day this kid ran out of luck and had both of his legs irreparably damaged. He's on pain medication to this day.
Like I said, there are a ton of factors, but I would have to say that cultural and ideological ones play a very significant role.
