I'm semi up to date on modern iterations of Paganism; mostly Germanic stuff. Its not the worst thing in the world. Its a proud, strong religion that I can identify with. I'll taken a Pagan over a godless Atheist any day of the week.
In my book the only European religions are Paganism (Germanic, Greco-Roman, Celtic, Slavic), Aryan Hinduism, and virile Christianity.
Christianity being the fulfillment of the other, older traditions.
I hold that, if one goes back far enough in time, most people groups (barring Southern, totemic tribes) were Monotheistic and worshiped the God of Adam.
As humanity came into contact with other divine beings and as their heroes and great men accomplished legendary deeds the divine non-gods were elevated to godhood.
All Christianity does is put Odin and Romulus back into their proper section of the hierarchy.

Anyway, if I had to choose any pagan religion it would be the Acient Greek one. But those tings are about faith.
