Is it really happening?
>>
All I want is a Trump versus Sanders general election. I want the second civil war of the United States to be 4chan versus Reddit.
>>
Yeah, now all Sanders has to do is carry this momentum into the delegate-rich contests 2 months in the past.
>>
>>70412384
why are all our best posters nips now?

when did this happen?
>>
>>70412331
not to mention a sanders victory would basically secure a trump victory.
>>
lol

democrats thought they could avoid the civil war
>>
>>70412384
If Sanders gets huge momentum but doesn't get the nom It will be glorious
>>
>>70412450
Polls show that he is much, much stronger against Trump than Hillary is against Trump.

I hope there are contested conventions in both Philly and Cleveland. Two Chicago '68's in one year? The threads will be great and I might actually go to one of them.
>>
>>70411802
It's too little too late. If he was polling these sorts of numbers in February, then it would be a much more competitive race, but Hillary is too far ahead in delegates and superdelegates.
>>
This is the best case situation for us

If Comrade Sanders gets all this momentum and it's close going into June/July, then Shillary beats him down at the convention with her superdeligates (as we all know will happen either way) and go on to win the Dem nom over him, Bern Victim tears will flood the country. There will be no one on the political spectrum they will despise more than Shillary and the Dem party for shitting on them.
>>
I hope so much Sanders will get the nomination so he can have YUGE debates with Trump - must be the most entertaining thing to watch - and eventually Trump wins :)

I made this and immediately realized the fad had passed so I have nowhere to post it, I'll just drop it in one of the 15 trump threads on the front page

>this retarded meme again
News flash, Trump is almost universally hated outside of male redneck communities and /pol/.
Sanders on the other hand polls well among Democrats, Clinton supporters are mostly keen to support him if he gets the nomination (granted, this is unlikely), and he performs exceptionally well among independent/unaffiliated voters.

But okay keep posting about how DJ Trump is gonna win the general. Whatever makes you feel better.

Superdelegate lead doesn't matter. The DNC wouldn't dare suppress the Sanders vote if he somehow overtakes her in the remaining pledged delegates. It would take a miracle in NY and California perhaps but it's possible.
>>
I hope so. Worst case scenario America gets turbofucked by a literal commie kike and it ushers in an age of hyperfacism in the resulting chaos.
>>
>>70411802
>trusting polls like a reddit-tier plebshit

Polls haven't accurately predicted a single state since Michigan.

Demographics have predicted every state with atomic clock precision.
>>
>>70412690
just imagine if the GOP has a brokered convention and robs Trump of the nom with that nobody Paul Ryan. Would these things happen around the same time? Just picture the seething rage at the establishment of both sides from literally every working class American. It would almost be enough to see them set aside their differences and run together on an independent ticket. It would also be the only way they could legitimately threaten the party candidates, particularly Shillary.
>>
>>70411802
What website is this
>>
>>70413107
Nah, DWS basically admitted that superdelegates exist for the sole purpose of preventing the grassroots from taking over the party.
>>
>>70411802
He's recently hinted that he's changed his mind about running independent if he contests the nomination. A four way race between two establishment politicians and two independents will be a bloodbath.
>>
>>70412557
Polls are all media shilling. Look at the polls of all republican primaries.

They show Trump getting weaker and weaker leading up to it the media shills publicise it everywhere "Trump Stumped" an then suddenly the day of the primary they rebound to where they were 3 weeks ago and Trump has a landslide victory as usual.

That's exactly what the media are doing with the general, they want people to question Trump, they want people to lose confidence and then bam, the GOP implodes on itself and collapses leading for a dem presidency.
>>
>>70413107
>The DNC wouldn't dare suppress the Sanders vote if he somehow overtakes her in the remaining pledged delegates.

Uhhh why? Bernie is exactly like Trump in that he can't be controlled and doesn't toe the party line. DNC has been ambivalent to him because hes never been a real threat, if he actually became one they'd not take it sitting down.

you have a left wing coalition blocking gay marriage. your politics is as upside down as everything else there, how do you presume to speak for anyone outside bizarro world?
>>
>>70411802
the super delegates would never let that happen
>>
>>70413210

Why wouldn't the defacto CPA not want a communist to be their nominee?
>>
>>70413171
>>70413210
I know, superdelegates and simultaneous primaries were created to prevent outsiders (because McGovern lost to Nixon in 1972), but Sanders is MORE electable than Clinton and cockblocking his voter base would be significantly more harmful than letting him rightly have the nomination. That is, IF he manages to overtake Clinton in popular vote or pledged delegates.

I genuinely think Sanders would win the general if the presidency were a preferential (instant runoff) popular vote instead of a party-controlled process.

But still, it's too late for that. He would have to win every state from now on by like 20 or points to even catch up to Hillary because every state is proportional for the Dems. It's literally impossible for him to win the nomination.
>>
>>70413547
Because they aren't even remotely communist. The Democrats (and especially the Clinton wing) are pro business.

I believe he needs to average about 56%. Of course before Wisconsin it was 58%, and before that it was higher.

I'm not saying it will happen. I'm saying it's possible. The remaining states might have a surprisingly high youth turnout, or the Clintons might fuck it up somehow. This race is much closer than Hillary and the DNC hoped and you can tell she's spooked.

That sounds horrible. I'll probably never vote Democrat again, but the threat of them winning keeps the GOP from being (too) crazy.

r/european is much better
>>
>>70414262
preferably both would be horribly damaged in the eyes of normies, but if only one it would be better for it to be the DNC; the media propaganda machine has maintained an air of scrutiny towards the republicans that has never been pointed the other way under the public eye.
>>
>>70412983
>Trump is almost universally hated outside of male redneck communities and /pol/.
Right, which is why he's leading the primary.
>>
What is the international agenda of Sanders? Like Trump wants to take back all troops and good relations with russia and trade with china. Has Sanders said anything regarding that policy?
>>
Clinton will win New York... she'll win period because the dem establishment doesn't want the guy who doesn't play by the rules either. They'll cheat if they have to.

Superdelegates will go to her and it won't end up like 2008 because Barry Obama was just a darkie that would tow the party line.

I wouldn't rule out a suspicious death.

#blacklivesmatter

I think that's about it
>>
>>70414758
>Right, which is why he's leading the primary.
Yes exactly, it's why he had a plurality in most states back when there were like 20 "moderate" Republican candidates splitting the vote. It's also why he's losing steam now that there are only 3 candidates, why he has such terrible favourable rankings, and why he will lose by a yuge margin in the general.
Trumpfags are delusional but I can't fault them for sticking to their ideals.
>>
Yes, all the democratic party supporters conspired to turn their delegate graph into a lumpy, misshapen penis in the false belief that they can fuck Trump with numbers.
