Any reasonable person can see that actual communism has yet to be implemented. However, that's also to say (like anarchism) whether it's even possible to implement it.

Untrue. "All true christians believe that Jesus was the son of god." This is a definitional fact, and not a no true scotsman. This is because the belief in Jesus is a fundamentally defining factor of being a christian.
Similarly, Communism as described in the manifesto (a text I am VERY familiar with) HATES the ruling class. It actively wants to overthrow rulers, especially the bourgeoisie. And in it's place is meant to be a DEMOCRATIC RULE by the PROLETARIAT.
Stalin, on the other hand, was a dictator. The ultimate ruler, and therefore the ultimate form of oppression to those below him. Communism simply cannot be fascist on a fundamental level.
