Literally there has been a 550% increase in the Department of Educations budget since its inception and it has done NOTHING to fix anything besides steal money from tax payers.
Also, plenty of economic literature points to saying that the amount of resources a school gets doesn't determine it's quality or necessarily improve test scores.
