Last I checked a single Dragon flight clocks in at 130 million and a Falcon 9 is 60 million and more. Not to forget "extras" that have to be paid for extra.

The Russians have said, it is so ridiculous, the ISS is redoing shit research they did on Salyut 3 and Salyut 4... and astronauts aren't just redoing those things once, they are redoing it 5 or more times.
