Regarding fiber, you can, and should substitute your commercial brand of oats with organic wild oats. As they the wild oat kind is high in saponins, which boosts testosterone and LH.
So there's really no need to avoid the "right kind" of fibers, but given how most of the fibers we encounter on a daily basis are in the shape of bread and cereal, it's better to give a heads up.
Just keep the intake around 30g a day and you should be fine.
