I just wrote my dissertation on political correctness, The Frankfurt School, Horkheimer and most importantly (ultimately) Marcuse and there is absolutely a plan to destroy western society and target white countries to cripple them and make them into economically flattened out socialist/communist/state run capitalist whatever you want to call it states.
Long story short:
Bunch of Jewish Marxists make Frankfurt School.
Horkheimer comes in as new director in 1930 and starts adding in Freudian psychoanalysis.
New synthesis of Marxism and psychoanalysis is called Critical Theory.
Called critical theory because the whole idea is that it's a system to critique and so attempt to subvert all current systems in the west.
Marcuse joins Frankfurt School and studies new theory under Horkheimer.
They have to leave due to Nazi rule.
Horkheimer moves to Hollywood, Marcuse to NY.
(If you watch an interview with Marcuse on youtube - it's about 6 parts - from British TV, he actually specifically states that Critical Theory is ultimately a form of mind control of the masses)
Marcuse is employed by Columbia University.
Starts teaching Critical Theory.
Some time goes by and then the equality riots of the 60s happen in the US.
Riots are backed by Marcuse's teachings AKA Critical Theory and are the basis of the movement/resurgence of socialism.
So then critical theory launches all of modern political correctness, SJWs, radical feminists etc and is responsible for the state we find ourselves in.
All of our traditions under attack and an attempt to destroy capitalism through Critical Theory and evolutionary socialism.

A book called "The Devil's Pleasure Palace" is a good start, also "The Dialectical Imagination" which is as close to an official history of The Frankfurt School as you'll get.

Look up quotes by HG Wells, he was big in eugenics, called common people "servile types" and talked death being "called in to the help of man" talking about eugenics.
Look up "The Intelligent Woman's Guide to Socialism", by George Bernard Shaw, he was another early member, google him, that book and "forcibly fed" and you'll come up with an interesting quote.
Shaw also designed the original coat of arms for the Fabians: a wolf in sheep's clothing. If that's not a clue then I don't know what is.
Also Aldus Huxley and Eric Blair (better known as George Orwell) were both members. The Fabian's plans for the future influenced both 1984 and Brave New World but they put out the books as pure fiction to avoid suspicion, which Blair using a pen name.
Brave New World is where we're heading. 1984 is roughly where we are at.
