No we have the 22nd amendment which prevents it. So it would have to be overturned by another amendment, which take forever to pass so if Obama wanted to try that he should've started awhile ago. That being said I think there is a loop hole as nothing prevents Obama from being a VP than the President resigning to let Obama become President again. But I think America would throw such a shit fit that no one seriously would try that.
