I know a guy that has a sister that lives in Stuttgart. She told him that before, the city was very beautiful, clean and safe to live in. Now, the beutiful public squares she loved are full of trash, theres thiefs and beggars everywere and shes afraid of going out alone.
Now shes thinking of quiting her job and moving back to Brazil. It just blaffles me that things got so bad that would make someone want to leave Germany to live in northern Brazil.

I work at a hospital. Much more afghan and pakistani patients, also some syrians. Often people with congenital or otherwise pre-existing conditions that get treated here.
