I work in an office that has cubicles that don't block much noise. A short distance away is a black guy about 40 who thinks he can sing, so every week or two he will sing loudly for an hour or so. not to himself, it's so loud he clearly is trying to entertain us, or piss us off. it's hard to be sure because he's basically nice the rest of the time.
unlike this younger black female who has certain responsibilities, but occasionally she will bring a work order back to your desk with a note "you can do this yourself.". Her boss is an older white guy who is just looking forward to retirement, so everyone just tries to avoid giving her work.
