Have you ever tried to saw a PVC tube with a hand saw? Like at least a standard 32 diameter one for regular sink pipes? It takes ages, especially if you need to cut it straight. It gets fucking worse as the diameter increases as the thickness of the "walls" increases as well.

There is a special place in hell reserved for people like that. I was re-tiling someones bathroom once and I removed the shower pump in order to do so, finished the job and put it back. Cut to 2 days later I get a call saying its leaking, go back, remove it and turn get sprayed with water. Upon further investigation after chipping away loads of mortar discovered the piping for the feed pipe in the configuration of pic related. Turns out the previous fitter of the shower pump had unwittingly drilled into this monstrosity and it had formed a rust seal with broke when I disturbed it.
I kept the off-cut of the squiggly feed pipe, just in case I one-day meet the bastard that fit it so I can stuff it up his arse.
