None. I think it would be more cost effective to have a blanket of destroyers with long range cruise missiles and the best AA defense systems when it comes to total war. They can be used to protect the carriers that are already in operation and to boost offensive capabilities.
It takes years to build carriers and years to train specialised personnel to crew it and maintain it. By the time they're finished, the war will have been won or lost due to efforts of other branches of the military.
