Ideally, I'd take neither. However, I've lived near both spics and niggers in places where one or the other has a majority and is in a position to fuck white people over. Spics generally don't and are much more pleasant to live near, so if a gun were pointed to my head and I was given the choice of increasing the hispanic population by 100 million or the black population by 10 or even 1 million, I would choose the hispanics.
In one place I lived, the MS13 gang started chasing out the Crips and Bloods, and drive-by shootings became almost non-existent. Black gangs love to spray neighborhoods indiscriminately with bullets, but the hispanics only bother you if you cross them first. In a way, they are like a mongoose.
