Today in one of my university classes the subject of "cultural appropriation" came up and everyone kept mentioning the video where the white kid is accosted for his dreads
I brought up the fact that ancient celtic, galic and thracian warriors as well as ancient spartans all sported dreadlocks but my professor told me that in today's culture it is predominantly a black thing and so by sporting dreadlocks you are stealing their culture
I think it's hilarious how blacks become so triggered by a hairstyle, im tempted to grow my hair out and get them myself just to trigger niggers here on campus. Why are they so defensive of a fucking hairstyle?

Cultural appropriation seems to have a new meaning now, that if you do or have something that another culture did before you (not necessarily first) then you stole it.
Cultural appropriation means using something from another culture and claiming it as your own without declaring its original roots to the culture it was taken from.
