My one native buddy is not mad about the fact that it was conquered, just more-so how it was done. He was a history major and is a pretty bright guy so I trust him when he says it was just morally unjust and we did not even try very hard to un-do any wrongs despite wanting to feel morally righteous over helping out. Genetically they're pretty much Asians who ate a healthy diet and didn't have to grow rice or develop big agriculture. They have a lot of potential for intelligence but things did not really line up like it did for western civilization. No hatred for my feathered friends please.

What about the countless tribes that conquered one another over the hundreds of years before Europeans arrived? Should certain tribes pay up reparations to the smaller/poorer tribes for conquering them?
