Our idea of how gravity works, that gravity is directly related to mass, is entirely wrong. Because of this belief, we have become convinced that the solar system and universe are billions of years old, and that significant events unfold in the order of MILLIONS of years.
And what were they trying to hide? There's an idea out there called the Electric Universe Theory, you can Google it, there's a large underground following for it. It basically states that the unifying force of nature most closely resembles the electromagnetic force, and that our current belief of gravity is completely wrong. If the EU Theory is correct, then the global catastrophes our ancestors talked about are entirely possible, and not just silly stories thought up by cave people. Fires, floods, "gods" aka planets battling in the sky. Our ancestors witnessed a re-ordering of the solar system and handed down these stories to us, and the Jews were tasked with covering up the evidence of this and preoccupying us with fighting each other instead of asking the important questions.
