Psychology is decent if you are 100% certain that grad school is the direction you want to go.
I went that route and got my Masters and State-specific license to work as a Mental Health Counselor. I'm not expecting to be pulling in a six figure salary, but I make more than enough to live comfortably and save for the future.
tl;dr grad school or bust, a Bachelors in Psychology is a glorified stepping stone. Pick something else if you're looking for a terminal undergraduate degree.

I was literally exactly where you are. 20k with a bachelors in psych. Luckily, you can easily build on a psychology bachelors. No it's not as good as a STEM degree, but it is much better than something like English, History, or women's studies.
Either go to a masters program in a field of psych, human resources etc that interest you. In which case you'll make decent cash. Or do what I did, go to law school. Psychology is a good starting point for entering into law.
