We carry Defense Technology 1.3% OC, it is the "hottest" stuff they make and is probably the strongest stuff you can buy or use anywhere. It is available on Amazon.com if you can ship it to your state.
The "MK" numbers refer to the size of the canister
Mk-3 = small self-defense size
Mk-4 (pictured) = duty-size, still pretty small
MK-9 = "fogger", what you see them spraying nig-nogs with in the riots. Too big to conceal but it will fuck up a crowd if you ever find yourself in that situation.
I've been sprayed with this stuff multiple times over the years during our re-certification training, believe me, it works. The feeling is intense, a mixture of burning, stinging and what seems like physical pain. Imagine getting the worst sunburn you can imagine in your eyes at the same time as someone is poking your eye with a pencil. It sucks.
If you are going to get some, expose yourself to a tiny amount (a drop or two) to understand what it feels like. Be advised that if you ever have to use OC in a real situation you will more likely than not get exposed also, the droplets will spread and even a small amount will cause pain on your hands, arms etc..
