And you think that will work? Genes are just proteins, you can't just find the proteins that are in all the smartest people's brains, and put them all into one person, then expect these people will be a lot smart.
Maybe that gene only worked because it was interacting with ~100 other proteins to modify a functional structure in the brain. Simple gene analysis like that is good for stopping disease, because those are often caused by malfunction of a single protein. When you try to apply it to optimize systems it gets a fuck ton more complicated.
