Don't know about Mossad, but when I was doing my emergency medicine rotation a couple of years ago, we'd regularly get these kiosk fellows in the ER, always between 2-5am, always accompanied by 2 bodyguards I suppose would be the best way to describe it.

This reminds me of a story from a friend who attended a military tech trade show a few years ago. This pushy Israeli guy was selling a very overprices auxiliary phone charger and attempted to plug it into anyone's phone that he could. There were lots of foreign military and diplomats present.
