Go to your local grocery or big box store. Watch who parks in the handicapped spots (there are dozens). See how they walk into the store just fine then take an electric cart around the store.

unless you are missing legs, are blind or are mentally retarded there should be no resaon for you to park in handicaped spot (well its a given if ure mentally disbale and blind, u shouldnt be driving either)
for example, my father had to go to retirement because he couldn't work anymore due to his throat surgery, he can't talk normally but he does everything else just fine (walking, driving, etc.) so why should he be allowed to park in handicapped spots? its fucking bullshit im telling ya
