Most Americans have no particular feeling good or bad about Russian people. Maybe they're skeptical of the Russian government (a remnant of the Cold War) but a good number think Putin is a thug but a strong leader (unlike the weak faggot Obama)
Apart from Mexicans and South Americans, anybody who comes to the US from abroad in order to live and become a Citizen is welcomed. Especially white people.
