Interest rates exist for a reason. High rates exist for bad credit, low rates for good credit. Giving everyone free loans will put too much stress on the system and if the 0% "good faith" loans given to every tom dick and Harry fail, it would cause rate hikes among those who have good credit to pay for the shortfall.
