Most of these points are treating symptoms and not the cause. The first point talking about education where the individual makes a career choice at 14 is pretty lame. At no point in anyone's life do they have enough experience to make an informed life altering decision.

If you honestly want to start to build an ideology, you must first start with the universal and unifying factors. Stuff like, fairness, safety, prosperity, family and country.
What kind of society is your goal and why that is not only good, but also functional?
Seriously, it's almost as if you put no thought into this and decided to just use buzzwords that trigger maximum amount of people and will only attract lazy radicals that will never get anything done.
If you want to honestly make some sort of political movement, than look back to history and see good things that no longer are a thing, but you'd like them to come back.
Then declare these as a right that people should have.
