Doesn't mean she was or wasn't lying. Sony accommodated her by removing Dr. Luke out of good faith, but was in no way obligated to do it.
Sony offered to let her out of her contract if she denied her claims, and selected the option of not denying her claim.
The court made the right decision, there was no grounds to break the contract as her claim was never proven and Sony made a good faith effort.
It however doesn't have any basis as to if she told the truth or not regardless of what people believe.

He hasn't been criminally accused, there isn't a complaint, there isn't a police report, there isn't an investigation, there isn't a rape kit, there aren't outcry witnesses, there aren't any videos or photographic evidences, there is no DNA, no drug residue, no signs of struggle, NOTHING to prove in a court of law beyond reasonable doubt that a rape occurred. Also, this one allegation stems back to an "incident" from 2005. Why now?
