In the law eyes, yes. In biology no.
Of course not.

The part with the white person washing his hands?
>>70170532
If that was the case, then we wouldn't have affirmative action, and mass immigration.
>>70170532
Equal in what terms?
in what way?

Morally, everyone is/should be born with equal rights, opportunity, etc.
But it never ends up like that, for whatever reason you choose (genetics, culture, capitalism, patriarchy, etc.)

No, women are more important and smarter.
>>70170532
No race is better than any other race but your actions define whether you're better than others or not.

No one is equal, but can be made equal in terms of law, but that would result in more niggers being sent to prison and dat wud be racis an shiet
Everyone is not equal but everyone deserves equal opportunity for failure and success. I don't believe in the deterministic indiscriminate view on race and individuals as most people on /pol/ seem to have. If a person is of low IQ or possess traits that would lead them to fail, let them fail. Do not hinder individuals based on what another individual may, has, or will do.
This is true free society. The opposite side of this coin however, is that progressive retards need to stop trying to fit square pegs in round holes. If someone "fails" then they failed and let them fail as an individual. Do not try to change society to accommodate their failure.

The constitution states that all men are born equal. We all come sliding out of a bloody vag, naked and helpless. Our equality ceases right there. From that point we are all different. Not equal.

Wrong. Some races are much more evolved than others. Some of us exhibit higher levels of intelligence and civilized behaviour and some are much more chimp like, screeching and coveting and throwing tantrums.
No. Life is competitive and some people are better than others at any given thing. Genetics is the ultimate example of how we're not at all equal.

>No race is better than any other race
Except clearly some are, based on the contributions and creations they've bestowed upon the world.

Like Orwell said
"we're all equal but some of us are more equal than others"

A real map. Get one.
>>70170532
If everyone were equal, no one would demand safe spaces and preferential treatment. Leftist wouldn't treat minorities like little children.
>>70170532
Depends what you mean by "equal"...
>>70170532
Stop racism.
