Four separate lawmakers submitted four separate bills that include the Constitutional Carry provision.
For those of you that don't know, in most US states, you must buy a concealed carry permit and take what we call CCW courses to conceal and carry a handgun.
Constitutional carry completely eliminates that requirement to carry, as soon as someone is 21, they can concealed carry.

We have a court decision in appeals that may result in shall issue.
Constitutional carry would be a big win for 2A. However, with great freedom comes great responsibility. I would hope citizens would take firearms training and choose a proper holster.
A good start would be mandatory firearms safety classes for all high school students.

I don't think new shooters understand how important a proper holster/retention device for a gun really is.
I can't imagine doing half the shit I do with guns without slings or holsters.
