Basically removal of 10% tariffs and a shitload of IMF money for Ukraine. Arguments for are that trade is gud xD. We're talking about a heap of shit that on average has a monthly wage of €120,-. It's only going to cost us, we're better off having healthy trade with Russia, but EU wants a war or something. A trade treaty is part of something larger that would basically turn Ukraine into an EU puppet, immigrants and all to wall in Russia.

The turnout was this low because it was a deliberate strategy of the establishment to frustrate the voting process as much as possible. It wasn't talked about much in the media, many hundreds of polling booths were not available, in a bunch of municipalities voting passes were sent late or not at all, etc.
They tried everything to keep it under 30%.
