Short Term:
Quality of life continues to slowly degrade for middle class Americans. The tech sector, finance, and health care are the only growing industries, while everything else tightens up. Basically she is Obama 2.0, the rich get richer, the poor get the picture.
Jobs and economy stay roughly on course. Privacy and rights of citizens continue to erode. Consumer culture will be maintained in its precarious position re; China. We will continue intervening in Syria and other middle-eastern countries, but will not go full-out into war (like Bush era)
Long Term:
Clinton is hailed and renowned as the first woman president. She is viewed by history as a centrist, like Obama, who drew reactionary flack, but kept America on course as a world power in economics and military.
She's the quintessential establishment politician. She will fuck around in the middle east. She will protect Israel. She will hand out corporate welfare to the 1%. She will be viewed as breaking the glass ceiling, an inspiration to women, proof of a viable strong female president. But really, she'll be more of the same.
