Yeah, I want to like him but every time he gives me a reason to dislike him, I start to hate the sight of him. Wish he'd to more of the stuff he promised to do and less political celebrity shit. He's acting like someone who just won an award.
Also I'm pretty politically left, and the reasons I dislike Trudeau are not the same as most people here. For instance passing that Tory bill about condemning BDS was some bullshit.
I hope before his term is up he actually manages to reform the electoral system. Also interested in seeing pot legalized even though it wouldn't really make a difference to most of the cannabis consumers in Canada who manage to do it well enough without it being legal.
One thing I do adore about Trudeau is how unapologetic he is about his political orientation. I'll always cherish the memory of him saying with a straight face "because it's the current year."

Only those who are ignorant about the founders intent and the meaning of the phrase "natural born citizen" could possibly be fooled into believing that "Ted Cruz" and/or "Marco Rubio" are legal candidates "Constitutionally qualified" to be President.
The definition of "natural born citizen" as known to the "framers" of the Constitution is -- "a person born in a country whose parents are both citizens of the country at the time of the child's birth". This definition was in common use internationally, at the time of the creation of our Constitution, and may be found in the book "Laws of Nations" authored by "De Vetallie" --(a copy of which is available online @ the Library of Congress). (may have misspelled the authors name)
Any attempt to confuse the issue of the founders original intent with questions concerning the 14th amendment, or some immigration law are false and not relevant. Also the confusion of "native born" verses "natural born citizen" has lead to confusion, as these two terms are NOT interchangeable. Unfortunately "Ted" seems to have interchanged them when he read about the past as others have mistakenly done.
