I used to work out a lot a couple of years ago, but I can't anymore due to health problems. If you're young then go hit the gym immediately, I'm living a very unhealthy lifestyle right now but because I used to work out a lot back then I don't get fat and I still feel very strong despite being all sorts of fucked up both mentally and physically. the same thing happened to me, I used to be a skinnyfat depressed weakling with no motivation to do anything. I tried to better myself halfheartedly many times and I always failed, not this time tough. I managed to stick with my workout for 7 months now, the gains are real and I don't plan on stopping ever again. When I started out I could barley do one or two pull-ups, I have to add weights now, since it got to easy with my body weight alone. Thanks for teaching me long term planning /pol/ and that serious change is possible even for me, also thanks for all the fat hate threads that gave me additional motivation to not be/become such a pathetic excuse of a human being.

I too quitted junk food because of /pol/ but I've never been fat. It was more about the sugar rushes and falls I got from caffeinated sodas and that led to quitting anything not-nutritious really (can't enjoy junk food with water).
