NYC largely prefers Cruz or Kasich (five counties) while other counties overwhelmingly prefer trump. Anecdotal, I know, but if the polling is truly randomly distributed, you could very easily poll a larger number of people in the city. While they matter for the popular vote for statewide delegates, the five bouroughs of NYC (3 delegates each *5 = 15 county delegates, plus 14 statewide = 29 delegates of 95), the popular vote & NYC only represent 30.5% of NY's delegates.
