And if your wife is unemployed you get an extremely good tax regime. You get taxed to death if you are single and an idiot, as it should be.

Result: € 7601 in taxes or 25,34%.

Most people use the "forfait" instead of proving their actual costs. If you private lease a car or in case you financed a car you should use that on your tax form. If you work at home sometimes you can count a % of all your house costs (heating, water, electricity, etc) as costs. Pretty much everything that somewhat relates to work (there are exceptions, like for example suits or other non-obligatory clothing can't be deduced).
That's a start.
Other than that there's an insane amount of (less known) subsidies around. For example there's currently a subsidy (thank you sir Decroo) which allows you to deduct up to $ 25.000 if you invest in startups. Just create a random startup, have your friend do the same, fund eachother and deliver some service to eachother and voila you've just saved yourself the tax equivalent of 25.000 in income.
